“A body at rest stay at rest, and a body in motion stays in motion” I chose the latter one so I was on the go again today... El Chaltén or the cloudy peak was my destination today ... it was a three hour bus ride one way and then 4 hours hiking to a crystal clear and pure water lagoon high in the mountains near the base of El Chaltén.. The hike would have been a walk in the park for me if it were not for the howling and swirling wind that at times knocked me off my feet.. To make things worse, it worse so unpredictable as well ... it is calm one minute and windy the next ... in any case I made to the lagoon and sat by its edge and had my lunch with my friend and a new friend from India that I just met on the bus... we took lots of pictures and enjoyed the amazing views !! This was a great outing and a change of pace from sightseeing to actually physically exhausting myself...
