Hello from the skies of Brazil

As the title indicates, we have been flying around a lot and today is one of those flying days again... We will stay the whole day here in Natal and after midnight we fly back to Rio de Janeiro for our last segment of the vacation.. We will be in Rio by 5:00 am Monday morning so no sleep for us today. We planned to rent a buggy and drive along the sand dunes north of Natal, but that is a whole day entertainment and we are not sure we want to exhaust ourselves that much given the long day ahead...

It is about 6:30 pm, we just checked out of the resort "Ocean Palace" we are staying at, but we have still a long wait until midnight for our flight. We will have dinner here at the resort and then take a taxi to the airport around 9:00pm!!

Today was a light day in terms of activities and we needed this rest because Rio has a lot to offer and we need to be very efficient to see everything .... The list for Rio includes Christ the redeemer, Maracana soccer stadium, sugar loof, the lagoon, helicopter ride.... Off  course the weather has to be right to see all of them, but the order of importance is as given above.

With these pictures I say bye bye to Natal, an awesome resort in the north east corner of Brazil. This is a place for beach lovers and sun worshippers and families running away from the hustle and bustle of Rio, Sao Polo, Belo Horizonte .... And other big cities of Brazil... Europeans and especially the French love this place as weall... We say a big YES to Natal as well!!!
